All bookings made are subject to these terms and conditions and the person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of the individuals staying at Euroa Glamping.

Euroa Glamping is a family friendly Luxury glamping site, 2 adults plus max 2 kids are allowed in a 5m Bell Tent. We have taken utmost care to ensure a safe environment ,as there are waterways and ponds in the facility, Children must be always under adult supervision for their safety.

Due to the surrounding farmland, unfortunately Euroa Glamping is not a pet friendly Glampsite. Being said that, pets are a member of each family, we would make considerations on a case by case basis. Pets should be always on leash or under supervision. Please understand that it is a farm and not a park, there could be poisonous plants , insects and predators. Euroa Glamping is not liable for any such incident/loss to your pet. Euroa Glamping is not liable for any damage caused by your pet to other guest, valuables or property.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date and the recipient must book and stay before the expiry date. Any unused amounts will be forfeited. Gift vouchers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers. Gift vouchers used on long weekends and public holidays may incur an additional $25 surcharge. Euroa Glamping recommends booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you have purchased the Spa package, please contact reception for your spa appointment. Please note, any cancellations or amendments made to your spa appointment will incur a $25 administration fee and any cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours prior to your spa appointment will be charged in full. Please note that the services are provided by a third party contractor and Euroa Glamping only facilitates the service.

All bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions. In the unlikely event of extreme adverse weather conditions, you will be contacted and rescheduled by Euroa Glamping.

Subject to suitable weather conditions and fire bans. Guests are requested to bring their fire starters and lighters.

BBQ is provided as complementary. For the courtesy of the next user please clean the BBQ after each use.

No parties are allowed without written authorisation. Guests breaching this policy may be charged a cleaning fee.

Due to permit and local laws only the number of people mentioned/booked for the stay are allowed to stay inside the glampsite. No additional pets or guests are allowed without written authorisation.
