Do not leave the hammock cloth outside when it rains or during checkout. In case of bulk booking it is common to move chair and tables together. At Euroa Glamping we welcome group bookings, please move the tables and chairs to their original location before checkout.

Euroa Glamping is a family friendly Luxury glamping site, 2 adults plus max 2 kids are allowed in a 5m Bell Tent. We have taken utmost care to ensure a safe environment ,as there are waterways and ponds in the facility, Children must be always under adult supervision for their safety.

Due to the surrounding farmland, unfortunately Euroa Glamping is not a pet friendly Glampsite. Being said that, pets are a member of each family, we would make considerations on a case by case basis. Pets should be always on leash or under supervision. Please understand that it is a farm and not a park, there could be poisonous plants , insects and predators. Euroa Glamping is not liable for any such incident/loss to your pet. Euroa Glamping is not liable for any damage caused by your pet to other guest, valuables or property.

No parties are allowed without written authorisation. Guests breaching this policy may be charged a cleaning fee and in extreme situations may be asked to leave.

Due to permit and local laws only the number of people mentioned/booked for the stay are allowed to stay inside the glampsite. No additional pets or guests are allowed without written authorisation.

Subject to suitable weather conditions and fire bans. Guests are requested to bring their fire starters and lighters. Campfires cannot be lit on the Grass, deck or near to the tent. If unsure please call before you lit :) Also,it is illegal to leave a recreational fire unattended. Even a small gust of wind can easily spread hot ashes or embers a significant distance. always put off the fire completely before you go to sleep or going away.

BBQ is provided as complementary. For the courtesy of the next user please clean the BBQ after each use.

If you have purchased the Spa package, please contact reception for your spa appointment. Please note, any cancellations or amendments made to your spa appointment will incur a $25 administration fee and any cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours prior to your spa appointment will be charged in full. Please note that the services are provided by a third party contractor and Euroa Glamping only facilitates the service.

All bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions. In the unlikely event of extreme adverse weather conditions, you will be contacted and rescheduled by Euroa Glamping.
